Fujimoto says the process of silkscreening is similar to the process of composing music.
This work is based on Paul Klee's "five-voice polyphony," which represents a musical structure, and variations of it are printed on silkscreen. Five patterns were produced in collaboration with Nomart's printmaking studio.
