Refund policy

Time Limit for Returns

Please contact us by phone or e-mail within 2 days of receiving the work, and return it within 7 days. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been used or received more than 7 days after delivery.
Some artwork is created after the purchase agreement is finalized (after payment is received). For these works, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the sales contract has been concluded (after payment has been made). For more details, please refer to the description of the work or the email we send you when you place your order.

Return Shipping Costs

If you receive a defective item or an item that is different from what you ordered, we will pay the return shipping costs. If you return an item for your own reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the case of sending a new item, we will refund the money if the item is not in stock. Please understand this in advance.
